MyPostureAtDesk is a posture awareness assistance application. It analyzes in real time the user's position in front of their screen using the computer's camera and issues non-binding alerts.
MyPostureAtDesk is an assistance and awareness tool only. It does not constitute a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapeutic treatment. The application does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. SARL Kanga cannot be held responsible for any discomfort, pain, muscle stiffness, injury, or health problem of any kind, directly or indirectly related to the use or non-use of the application. The user acknowledges using the application at their own risk. In case of persistent pain or discomfort, the user is advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The application processes camera images locally on the user's device. No images, biometric data, or personal data are transmitted to external servers. User feedback voluntarily submitted via the integrated form is collected solely to improve the application.

Die Anwendung verarbeitet Kamerabilder lokal auf dem Gerät des Benutzers. Keine Bilder, biometrischen Daten oder persönlichen Daten werden an externe Server übertragen. Freiwillig über das integrierte Formular eingereichte Rückmeldungen werden ausschließlich zur Verbesserung der Anwendung gesammelt.

MyPostureAtDesk is uitsluitend een hulp- en bewustmakingstool. Het vormt op geen enkele wijze een medisch hulpmiddel, diagnostisch instrument of therapeutische behandeling. De applicatie vervangt het advies van een zorgprofessional niet. SARL Kanga is niet aansprakelijk voor ongemak, pijn, spierstijfheid, letsel of gezondheidsproblemen van welke aard dan ook, direct of indirect verband houdend met het gebruik of niet-gebruik van de applicatie. De gebruiker erkent de applicatie op eigen risico te gebruiken. Bij aanhoudende pijn of ongemak wordt geadviseerd een gekwalificeerde zorgprofessional te raadplegen.
De applicatie verwerkt camera-afbeeldingen lokaal op het apparaat van de gebruiker. Geen afbeeldingen, biometrische gegevens of persoonlijke gegevens worden verzonden naar externe servers. Vrijwillig ingediende feedback via het geïntegreerde formulier wordt uitsluitend verzameld om de applicatie te verbeteren.
De applicatie MyPostureAtDesk en al haar componenten zijn exclusief eigendom van SARL Kanga. Elke reproductie, wijziging of verspreiding zonder toestemming is verboden.
