Software architect · since 2007

Understand
before you
build.

Are some of your everyday tasks taking up too much time?

We simplify them, or even automate them, with easy-to-use software or with AI. Time freed up for your core work.

2007 2026 · over 100 projects delivered
Exploded view of a project in five levels: your business, understanding, creation, support, evolution
In practice · how a project unfolds

A Kanga project,
step by step.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business owner, a technician, an engineer, a tourism professional or a researcher, the path is the same. And it does not end at delivery.

  1. Two speech bubbles: a question and an answer
    Step 01

    Conversation

You tell us about your day-to-day work, on site or by video call. We listen and ask questions.

  2. A thinking diagram drawn on a whiteboard
    Step 02

    Reflection

We analyse your needs, sketch several options and look for the simplest solution.

  3. An approved screen mock-up, with a quote beside it
    Step 03

    Proposal

We present a mock-up and a clear plan: what will be done, when, and for what budget.

  4. Coloured blocks stacked to build the tool, the last one being put in place
    Step 04

    Build and testing

We develop in stages and you try out each version along the way. Before go-live, a testing phase checks that everything works in your real conditions.

  5. The tool in use in three places: a screen at the office, a modelling screen in an engineering office, a tablet next to an electrical cabinet in the field
    Step 05

    Go-live and support

The tool arrives where you work: at the office, in the engineering office or in the field. We train your teams, on the tool as well as on AI, and stay by your side until it is adopted.

  6. A user's feedback, and a looping arrow leading to version 2
    Step 06

    Feedback and improvements

Your users, staff and colleagues tell us what works and what is missing. We adjust, then we keep improving.

And the loop starts again: every piece of feedback from the field becomes the starting point for a new improvement.

What sets us apart

Many start from the solution. We start from the field.

Kanga approach
Your business Understanding Reflection The tool adapts to you

We study your business the way an architect studies a site. Time spent understanding is not time wasted. It is what keeps us from building, very neatly, the wrong thing.

Reflection · what connects the trades

Every project
feeds the next one.

We never start from scratch. Every field we study creates connections that serve the next: an idea born in one trade can solve a problem in another.

Your business becomes the eighth node in the network, and benefits from everything the other seven have taught us.

Trades · seven worlds

Every trade
has its own rules.

In every trade, we first looked for the constraint that governs everything else. That is what shapes the solution.

Personal data

This site requires no account and shows no advertising. It measures traffic with Matomo, an open-source tool installed on our own server (analytics.kanga.fr): pages and sections viewed, where the visit came from, device and browser type. These statistics are used only to improve the site and are not shared with any third party. In addition, the contact form sends us by email the information you enter (name, email, phone number if you provide it, message). It is used only to reply to you and is not shared with anyone else. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to audience measurement, by writing to us via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

To tell visits apart, Matomo places audience-measurement cookies in your browser whose names start with "_pk_", kept for 13 months at most. They are never used for advertising and do not follow you to other sites. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings without affecting your visit.
