In practice · how a project unfolds

A Kanga project,
step by step.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business owner, a technician, an engineer, a tourism professional or a researcher, the path is the same. And it does not end at delivery.

  1. Two speech bubbles: a question and an answer
    Step 01

    Conversation

You tell us about your day-to-day work, on site or by video call. We listen and ask questions.

  2. A thinking diagram drawn on a whiteboard
    Step 02

    Reflection

We analyse your needs, sketch several options and look for the simplest solution.

  3. An approved screen mock-up, with a quote beside it
    Step 03

    Proposal

We present a mock-up and a clear plan: what will be done, when, and for what budget.

  4. Coloured blocks stacked to build the tool, the last one being put in place
    Step 04

    Build and testing

We develop in stages and you try out each version along the way. Before go-live, a testing phase checks that everything works in your real conditions.

  5. The tool in use in three places: a screen at the office, a modelling screen in an engineering office, a tablet next to an electrical cabinet in the field
    Step 05

    Go-live and support

The tool arrives where you work: at the office, in the engineering office or in the field. We train your teams, on the tool as well as on AI, and stay by your side until it is adopted.

  6. A user's feedback, and a looping arrow leading to version 2
    Step 06

    Feedback and improvements

Your users, staff and colleagues tell us what works and what is missing. We adjust, then we keep improving.

And the loop starts again: every piece of feedback from the field becomes the starting point for a new improvement.
